WORLD TRAVELER
I recently had the good graces of traveling across Europe and North America, seeing so many amazing sights! I wanted to give people a bit of insight into what I took back with me as the top ten places to check out among your travels.
I placed these landmarks in the order of which I personally feel that they should be in. This is my top ten list, other lists may vary. It was a difficult task, as each landmark is beautiful and amazing in its own way.
I placed these landmarks in the order of which I personally feel that they should be in. This is my top ten list, other lists may vary. It was a difficult task, as each landmark is beautiful and amazing in its own way.
As you can see from the map above, I went to ten amazing places. In my opinion, of the ten historical landmarks I chose, this is the order of significance to me:
CN Tower ~ Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Niagara Falls ~ Ontario, Canada
Historic Quebec City ~ Quebec, Canada
Buckingham Palace ~ Westminister, England
The Colosseum ~ Rome, Italy
Battleship USS North Carolina ~ Wilmington, North Carolina, USA
The Eiffel Tower ~ Paris, France
The Leaning Tower of Pisa ~ Pisa, Italy
Palace of Versailles ~ Ile de France, France
The Golden Gate Bridge ~ San Francisco, California, USA
You can click on each of the names, and it will take you to a page with some historical and current information and pictures of each landmark that I have provided for you. Alternatively, you may choose a page from the drop down menu in the top right hand side of each page.
I hope you enjoy these landmarks as much as I have!
